Welcome to West Down Farm Guest House offering superb bed and breakfast accommodation in Glorious North Devon.
 Our en-suite B&B accommodation is tastefully furnished and has all the fine touches that you would expect in a farm guest house. We have recently added two ground floor rooms suitable for wheelchair access / restricted mobility with en-suite ‘wet rooms’.
We are located in North Devon on the edge of Exmoor between Barnstaple, Umberleigh and Torrington. We are ideally situated for exploring Devon National Trust houses such as Arlington Court and Dunster Castle. RHS Rosemoor and the South West Coastal Path and villages including Clovelly, Hartland and Instow are nearby.
Many of our repeat guests come to our B&B guest house to unwind and enjoy excellent food in a relaxed atmosphere, in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
